  Service - messed up my order then tried to charge $3 for a kids toy that we didnt get with one of the kids meals. Rubbish all over tables, chairs and the ground, could have been a bit more customer friendly.

  The Childers McDonalds is a bit of a shambles, they didn't deliver to our table but left the food to go cold on the order bench, but they replaced all our food. They forgot the toys in the happy meals too. Food was good as always.

  The wait time was way too long without being informed there was going to be a wait. Paid for order and was told to go park. (I think waiting on the cow to be killed it took that long) The buns tasted like stale old rubber and the burgers were thrown out as so inedible. Tomato was cut way to thick. What a waste of money

  Childers and stockland store renound for parking you up. Stockland Bundaberg store left me waiting for 15 minutes after paying for my food in a wait bay, I actually had to call the store to see if we had been forgotten. It was a rainy day but park ups for simple items are becoming more and more frequent - staff generally lovely and helpful

  Food - horrible. Big Macs had too much onion and sauce. Fillet 'O fish tasted a little weird. Chicken nuggets were burnt. Chips half cooked.
